ملخص رائع لقصة الانجليزى الصف الثالث الاعدادى الترم الاول
كان بروفيسور ليدنبروك عالم وجيولوجي مشهور يعيش في مدينة هامبورج في ألمانيا ويعطي محاضرات في جامعة هامبورج وكان العلماء يأتون إليه من كل أنحاء العالم ليتعلموا منه حيث كان يعرف عن الأرض ما لا يعرفه أي عالم آخر.
من هو ليدنبروك 1- What was professor Lidenbrock?
= What do you know about professor Lidenbrock?
كان ليدنبروك عالم وجيولوجي ** Professor Lidenbrock was a famous scientist and geologist.
أين كان يعيش؟ 2- Where did Professor Lidenbrock live?
في مدينة هامبورج في ألمانيا** He lived in the city of Hamburg in Germany.
أين كان يعمل؟ 3- Where did the professor work?
أين كان يعطي محاضرات؟= Where did the professor give lectures?
يعطي محاضرات في جامعة هامبورج** He gave lectures in the university of Hamburg.
لماذا يأتي إليه العلماء 4- Why did scientists from all over the world come to the professor?
ليتعلموا. ** Scientists from all over the world came to the professor to learn from him.

كانت مارثا طاهية البروفيسور قلقة لأنه عاد مبكراً ولم يكن العشاء جاهزاً حينذاك.

كانت طباخة البروفيسور** Martha was the professor's cook.
لماذا كانت مارثا قلقة 2- Why was Martha worried?
لأن العشاء لم يكن جاهزاً**She was worried because the professor's dinner wasn't ready.

 عاد البروفيسور مبكراً لأنه وجد كتاب رائع . هذا الكتاب عبارة عن ترجمة لكتاب أيسلندي قديم يعود إلي القرن الثاني عشر كتبه عالم يدعي "سنورى ستورلاسون" منذ ما يزيد 600 عام.

بينما كان البروفيسور يقلب في الكتاب سقطت منه صحيفة من الجلد عليها حروف متداخلة ومتشابكة. وباستخدام عدسة مكبرة استطاع البروفيسور أن يري اسم "ارن ساكنوسيم" وهو عالم أيسلندي من القرن 16.

 استطاع أكسيل أن يكتشف الشفرة ويفهم الرسالة كان ذلك بالصدفة عندما رأي بعض الكلمات ألاتينية.

** He could see some Latin words meaning " A crater of the earth.

** By chance when he saw some Latin words which he knew.

 قرر أكسيل حرق الصحيفة خوفاً من أن يقوم عمه برحلة مثلها لكنه لم يستطيع حيث دخل عمه فجأة.

** He decided to burn the parchment.

لم يستطيع حيث دخل عمه فجأة.
 قرر أكسيل أن يخبر عمه بنص الرسالة إشفاقاً عليه لأنه لم يأكل أو يشرب لمدة يومين.

** Because he felt sorry for his uncle who hadn't eaten or slept for two days.
شعر بالأسف تجاه عمه الذي لم يأكل أو يشرب منذ يومين.

وثب وصرخ بقوة ** He jumped to his feet and gave a great cry.
 نصت الرسالة أن "ارن ساكنوسيم" نزل إلي مركز الأرض من خلال فوهة "سنفلز" التي يسقط عليها ظل جبل" سكارتاريس" قبل شهر يوليو.

 سنفلز جبل في أيسلندة لم يثور منذ 1229 ( حوالي 600 عام) له عدة فوهات إحداها تؤدي إلي مركز الأرض هي التي يسقط عليها ظل جبل" سكارتاريس" قبل شهر يوليو.

سنفلز جبل في أيسلندة** Sneffels was an extinct volcano in Iceland.
منذ متى لم يثور 4- How long hadn't Sneffels erupted?

إحداها تؤدي إلي مركز الأرض ** Only one of them leads to the centre of the earth.

 أعد أكسيل لوازم الرحلة من أسلحة وأدوات وأجهزة علمية ثم سافروا إلي كوبنهاجن بالباخرة وهناك قابلو احد العلماء أعطاهم خطابات تعارف لأهم الشخصيات في أيسلندة.
1- What did they prepare for the journey?
** They prepared guns, tools and scientific instruments.
2- Where did Martha think they were going? Why?
**She thought they were going to the cellar because Axel pointed downwards.
2- How did they travel to Iceland / Copenhagen ?
** They travelled by steamer to Copenhagen then to Iceland .

** Copenhagen is the capital of Denmark.
4- How was the sea during the journey?
** The sea was very rough.
5- How was the professor badly affected by the rough sea?
** The professor was seasick.
6- Who did the professor meet in Copenhagen ?
** They met a Danish scientist.
7- How was the Danish scientist helpful?
** He gave them letters of introduction to the most important men in Iceland.

 في أيسلندة التقي البروفيسور بعالم أيسلندي يدعي د. فريدريكسون فأحضر لهم مرشد يدعي هانز.
1- What was Dr. Fridrikson?
** Dr. Fridrikson was a scientist from Iceland.
2- How was Dr. Fridrikson helpful?
** He arranged for a guide called Hans to guide them.
3- What did the professor tell Dr. Fridrikson about the journey?
** He told him that he was interested in the geology of Iceland.
4- What was Hans?
** Hans was a guide from Iceland. He was a big man who moved slowly and didn't say very much.


 أخذهم هانز إلي سنفلز عبر ريف قاحل كئيب وكان الأيسلنديين يعطونهم أفضل ما لديهم من طعام وشراب بلا مقابل.

1- Describe the countryside through which they passed ?
** The countryside was bleak. The grass was yellow. There were hardly any animals or plants.
2- How were the Icelanders good people?
** The gave them the best food and drink without money.
3- why was Axel worried about going down to Sneffels?
= What were Axel's fears? = What was Axel afraid of?
** He was afraid that the volcano might erupt.
4- What terrible dream did Axel have?
** He dreamed that he was inside a volcano and he was shot like a rocket.

 تسلقوا قمة سنفلز كانت تعلوا 1500 متر عن سطح البحر كانت تشبه مخروط الايسكريم ولم يستطيعوا تحديد الفوهة لان الجو كان ملبدا بالغيوم.

** They climbed the peak of Sneffels. It was 1500 metres above the sea level.
2- What was the crater of Sneffels like?
** It was like the like an ice-cream cone.
3- How did the three men descend the crater?
** They used ropes.

** There were three chimneys.
5- Why did the professor give a shout when he was exploring the chimneys?
** Because he saw the name of " Arne Saknussemm" on a large rock.

** The letters spelled the name of " Arne Saknussemm" .
7- Which Chimney did they have to discover?
** The one which the shadow of Scartaris touches before July.
8- Why couldn't they Know Which chimney to enter?
** Because it was cloudy and there was no shadow to guide them.
9- Why was it difficult to breathe at the top of Sneffels?
** Because of the thin air.

كان علي الرجال الثلاثة الانتظار عند الفوهات الثلاث حتي تسطع الشمس لكي يحددوا الفوهة الصحيحة .
1- Why did the three men have to wait at the bottom of the crater?
** Because it was cloudy and there was no shadow to guide them.
2- When did the sun shine again?
** The sun shone again on the 28th of June.
3- How long did they have to wait at the bottom of the crater?
** They had to wait for three days.

** The shadow of Scartaris fell on the middle chimney.

هبطوا إلي الفوهة وانزلوا مؤنهم باستخدام الحبال. وقام البروفيسور بفحص الصخور. وقد لاحظوا أن الفوهة تزداد ظلاماً وضيقاً

** The descended the chimney by ropes.
2- How did Hans lower their supplies?
** He lowered their supplies by ropes.

** They noticed that the chimney was getting narrower and darker.

 وفي اليوم التالي أشرقت الشمس فتلألأت الصخور البركانية مثل الجواهر. قلق اكسيل بسبب قلة الماء.

** They sparkled like jewels.

** To guide their way.
3- Why was Axel worried?
** He was worried because they had used up half the water.

 وجد الرجال ممر يتجه شرقا وآخر غربا. فساروا في الشرقي لكنه انتهي بحائط صخري لا ممر فيه.

** Because the passage was going up.
